So this is our first Zupper and we are having our first virtual supper this coming Saturday using Zoom!  It should be fun but it will probably also be carnage at the same time.

Pre-diner drinks start at 18:30 and the intention is to start eating at around 20:00, all being well.

Vanessa has selected the courses for this week's culinary experience and there is definitely a fish influence going on.  I'd prefer lamb or steak to be honest but I'll go with the flow nonetheless.

So here is the menu for supper on Saturday this week:


Deep fried calamari with Dijon cream

Main Course

Organic salmon with English peas and chorizo


We shall be drinking Chateau Teyssier 2015 which is a rather pleasant Montagne Saint-Emilion and a Gold Medal winner as well
